This online session is designed to help you feel calm and relaxed, reduce anxiety and stress and encourage a better night’s sleep.
Our relaxation journey together will consist of beautiful guided imagery and positive language that will take you to that lovely space in your quiet mind where you don’t have to be anywhere and you don't have to do anything.
