Support to rethink your relationship with alcohol

There’s a lot of space between “I hardly ever drink” and “I need help with my drinking”. Somewhere in that space, you might be noticing that alcohol no longer makes you feel the way you’d like.

Perhaps one drink often becomes another. You’re reaching for a drink after a stressful day, your sleep suffers, or anxiety creeps in the next morning. Maybe you’re simply curious about whether you’d feel better with less alcohol in your life, or you’d like to feel more in control of the choice.

You don’t have to consider yourself a “big drinker”, reach a particular point or give yourself a label to explore change.

Sessions: Usually 4 but can vary and are dependant on the commitment of the client to the program.

Compassionate support, shaped around you

As a HypnoSober Practitioner, I offer dedicated support to people who are sober-curious or want to change their relationship with alcohol.

Together, we can explore the habits, thoughts and feelings connected to drinking in a compassionate, non-judgemental way. It’s about understanding your patterns, deciding what feels right for you and creating changes that support the life you want to live.

Your goal might be to:

  • Drink less and feel more in control of your choices.

  • Take a break or try a month alcohol-free.

  • Explore not drinking at all or longer-term sobriety.

Throughout the year, campaigns encouraging a break from alcohol can offer an opportunity to pause, notice your patterns and try something different. But you can begin whenever it feels right for you, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
